We specialise in proactive roof maintenance, gutter lining, siphonic systems and drone-led inspections — all delivered with clear communication, fast reporting and workmanship that lasts.

Brett Ellis brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial roofing, gutter lining, and roof maintenance. Having worked across some of the UK’s largest retail and logistics estates, Brett is known for his technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and commitment to delivering work safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.Before founding RMC Ltd, Brett spent many years as Operations Director within the industry, where he led national teams, delivered major re-lining projects, and built long-term relationships with blue-chip clients. His depth of knowledge spans PPM planning, gutter re-lining systems, roof repairs, drone surveying, safety systems, siphonic drainage, and specialist fabrications.
Brett holds a NEBOSH qualification and leads RMC with a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance, clear reporting, and consistent workmanship on every site.

Zoe brings over 20 years of experience in HR, operations, compliance, and business management across education, corporate, and consultancy environments. With a career built on organisation, clarity, and people-focused leadership, Zoe ensures RMC Ltd operates with the highest standards of governance, communication, and customer service.Zoe has managed teams, implemented HR systems, overseen payroll, and led complex operational processes within fast-moving organisations. Her expertise in policy, compliance, data management, and client relations forms the backbone of RMC’s professional and reliable service model.
As Director, Zoe is responsible for ensuring that every client receives transparent communication, clear documentation, accurate reporting, and a smooth operational experience from first enquiry to project completion. Her attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service underpin the company’s reputation.
